Ethan Reisdorfer, the Swiss Army knife! Truly a team guy with the ability to slide in to so many spots and help his teams win. And winning is what Ethan did. In Reisdorfer’s 5 season in the program his teams won a combined 227 games. As a Sixer, Ethan was an important piece to the two most successful seasons in Post 6 history. In 2022, Post 6 went 68-12 and were one pitch away from the American Legion World Series. Ethan hit .298 for that squad while playing all over the field. He drove in 27 RBIs and scored 25 runs. At the state tournament that year he helped keep the deep postseason run going by driving in 3 runs in game 3 of the state tournament, including the tying run to set up a walk off win over Gillette. In the State Title game, Reisdorfer drove in a big run in what was a low scoring 4-0 victory for Post 6 for the title. In 2023 Ethan was again extremely important and versatile for Post 6 in a historic season that saw his squad win their first ever Regional Title and finish in the top 4 in the country at the World Series tournament. That season, with the bat Ethan smacked 11 doubles, produced 47 runs, and showed his patience and toughness drawing 32 walks and 5 HBPs. Ethan even added in 10 SBs on the season. Ethan also returned to the mound, something he hadn’t done for The Sixers yet, but had done earlier in the program. That season Ethan logged 28.2 innings for his team while striking out 21 and winning 3 games. Ethan usually came in out of the bullpen to hold teams where they were and threw in high leverage spots while pitching to a 3.65 era on the season. Ethan has gone on to play in Montana for the Dawson CC Buccaneers this season. As a freshman he is going to play a pivotal role for the Bucs both on the mound and in the field. We want to wish Ethan and his Buccaneers teammates the best of luck!
